Today is Saturday. Do you have a plan of going out tonight? No. Because you look tired, right?
Here is your beauty plan and it will just take you about an hour!
Enjoy your date but before that, you need to drink first your fresh peppermint tea with 1 to 2 spoons of honey and piece of lemon.
Here is your beauty plan and it will just take you about an hour!
- Pour water in a large pot and boil it with CHAMOMILE TEA or FLOWERS [any flower will do] for a few minutes.
- Cover the pot with a towel and let it cool for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Prepare peppermint herbal tea.
- Take a shower where you alternate hot and cold water.
- Clean you face with a piece of cotton wet in yogurt. [Yes, yogurt! Not that expensive, right?] Then in 1 to 2 minutes, clean your face with a piece of cotton wet in hot water and apply rich moisturizer.
- Hold both ends of a towel and put the middle of the towel into hot water with chamomile that you prepared, press/squeeze it and apply on your face starting from your chin, then your cheeks and your eyes and your forehead.
- Leave a hole for your nose and connect both ends of the towel.
- Keep the compress until it cools down. Repeat 2 to 3 times, adding a little bit more of your moisturizer each time.
- Latterly, apply a cold compress on your face or use herbal ice to rub your face. Rinse your face with water mixed with some lemon juice.
- Rub your face with a piece of ice. Apply some moisturizer on your wet face and neck tapping your skin lightly. Your skin will become pink and resilient. Feel rested and beautiful! :- )
Enjoy your date but before that, you need to drink first your fresh peppermint tea with 1 to 2 spoons of honey and piece of lemon.

Among many antioxidants, the most researched and best known for skincare and treating scars is Vitamin E.
This product has been recommended by professional doctors and pharmacists all around the world. Vitamin E is best in its natural state. The reason behind this is because Natural Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) has 36% MORE biological activity than the synthetic version, hence it works better at treating scars.
Go for serum or creams which shows very high concentration of natural Vitamin E as the ingredient. Make sure they are no chemical substitute which may cause unwanted side effects.
One of my suggested product is NATUR E Scar serum. It contains 28000 iu of Vitamin E and it is all natural. The product has worked so well for me! Do give it a try. You can find it at www.scarremovaltreatment.net.
