Sitting all the time can causes big belly, right? But also lack of exercise, stress, beer, and sometimes it’s heredity. Well there are ways to simply flatten a belly. Here are some:
Drink lots of water
Hula Hooping
Bending
Lifting and Twisting (burn about 350 or more calories)
Take time to lie on the floor with your arms at your sides and feet off the floor
Doing sit-ups
Practice sitting up straight
These are some of those ways to really flatten your belly. Now, when you’re already tired of doing exercise, you may take grab chance, a very popular surgery- Houston tummy tuck. It is also known as Adbominoplasty, which is a procedure for flattening stomach. This is also very applicable to women who have stretch mark after pregnancy.
