Department of Health (DOH) affirmed the implementation FOURmula ONE for Health for the health sector reforms in the Philippines for the year 2005 to 2010. It is designed to implement critical health interventions as a single package, backed by effective management infrastructure and financing management.

This document provides the road map towards achieving the strategic health sector reform goals and objectives of FOURmula ONE for Health from the national down to the local levels.

It engages the entire health sector, including the public & public sectors, national agencies and local government units, external development agencies and also civil society to get involved in the implementation of health reforms. It is a form of invitation to connect the collective race in opposition to fragmentation of health system of the country, and also against the inequity and imbalances of healthcare and improvising effects of ill health. With this strong implementation, United Health Sector can win the race towards better and well improve health in the future.
