INGREDIENTS: Lemon Juice Hydrogen Peroxide Aspirin Aloe Vera
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix in a bowl or container the Lemon Juice, Hydrogen Peroxide, a few Aspirin and the Echinacea w/ Goldenseal you can also use the tea and pour the herbs in the bowl. Mix it together and use this solution as an astringent apply w/ cotton balls or tissue and leave it on your face to dry. Once it dries put Aloe Vera on your skin. Do this after every time you wash your face it really works.

INGREDIENTS: Unsweetened yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS: If you have acne eat unsweetened yogurt that does not have artificial sweetener either. And if you like put pure honey on your face for an hour. It’s a good stuff.
