INGREDIENTS: Multi-Vitamins (make sure it has zinc)
INSTRUCTIONS: Besides taking proper care of your body, exercise, drink water, washes your face, etc… Just take one multi-vitamin a day, make sure it has zinc.

INGREDIENTS: Lemon Juice Hydrogen Peroxide Aspirin Aloe Vera
INSTRUCTIONS: Mix in a bowl or container the Lemon Juice, Hydrogen Peroxide, a few Aspirin and the Echinacea w/ Goldenseal you can also use the tea and pour the herbs in the bowl. Mix it together and use this solution as an astringent apply w/ cotton balls or tissue and leave it on your face to dry. Once it dries put Aloe Vera on your skin. Do this after every time you wash your face it really works.

INGREDIENTS: Unsweetened yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS: If you have acne eat unsweetened yogurt that does not have artificial sweetener either. And if you like put pure honey on your face for an hour. It’s a good stuff.

INGREDIENTS: Flax Seed
INSTRUCTIONS: Take about 5 tablespoons per day of "cold milled" flax seed…great for the skin…also good for lowering cholesterol. INGREDIENTS: Baking soda, Facial cleanser INSTRUCTIONS: add baking soda to your daily cleanser and it will be a gentle but effective exfoliant.

Everyone believes that good and right nutrition is all about FOOD. Well, it’s not all about foods but also about how your body uses food and that’s where regular and good EXERCISE comes in. Based on research, without adequate exercise, you cannot maintain a high enough metabolic rate to burn your food efficiently." Any pills can’t do that for you; foods alone can’t do that for you; controlling your way of eating can’t do that for you too. Exercise is the only way to achieve it." So better make an exercise a regular part of your daily routine. When you can’t do it in a day, don’t get hung up. If you miss your routine in the morning, don’t kill your time and wait until the next day and try to do twice as much. It’s a bad practice- remember! Always try to be in shape with some exercise, even it it’s just a little bit EVERYDAY.

I read diet and nutrition tips and other health matters. There are two things I’ve learned from Colette Bouchez critique from WebMD Weight Loss Clinic. These are one of the most common nutrition mistakes. First, mistake on BEING CONFUSE ABOUT CARBOHYDRATES. It says that- a national fascination with low-carbohydrate diets has many Americans eliminating carbohydrates from their eating plans in record "grams." But before you reconstruct your personal nutrition pyramid, there’s something you should know.

"There are carbohydrates that are very, very good, and some that are less good, but your brain and body must have some carbohydrates every day."

Moreover, because complex carbohydrates (those rich in whole grains and fiber) keep you feeling full longer, they also help you to eat less — and lose more! But eliminating this important food group isn’t our only carb-related mistake. According to dietician Rachel Brandeis, MS, RD, just as troublesome is the belief that all no-carb or low-carb foods are healthy, or that you can eat them in any amount.

"Much like the low-fat diet craze, where everyone thought that if a meal had no fat, it had no calories, similarly people have come to believe that if it has low carbs you can eat as much as you want and not gain weight," says Brandeis. "And that is simply not true." Eat enough of anything, she says, and you’ll gain weight.

The solution: Experts say you should never cut any food group out of your diet — including carbohydrates. Equally important, says Heller, is to learn which carbohydrates give you the biggest bang for your nutritional buck.

"It’s a lot harder to run amuck when you are including carbohydrates like fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains in your diet.”

Second, is mistake on NOT EATING ENOUGH - - or OFTEN ENOUGH. While overeating and undereating may seem like contradictory nutrition mistakes, they are related. Well, if you don’t eat at regular intervals throughout the day, you risk disrupting your blood sugar and insulin levels, which in the end can promote fat storage and lower your metabolism — both of which lead to weight gain.

The solution: Eat something every four hours and never let yourself "starve" from one meal to the next.

INGREDIENTS:  Peppermint Wash Shampoo (A & G for example)
INSTRUCTIONS: Wash your face with the shampoo like you would wash your face with any other product. Scrub it on your face before you get in the shower and wash it off after.

INGREDIENTS:  1/2cup of clean mud 1 tablespoon of dried out basil and 2teaspoons of lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS: Apply gently to face and skin leave on for 10 mins. Then wash off with Luke warm water. Your acne should clear up in 2-3 days.

INGREDIENTS:  Baby Wipes.
INSTRUCTIONS: Remove two baby wipes. And Scrub your face (gently) with each side of the two baby wipes at night. This will remove all of the acne cause oils and bacteria from your
face/body.

INGREDIENTS: Head and shoulders shampoo
INSTRUCTIONS: I discovered that by washing your skin with head and shoulders clears up acne with-in a matter of days!! For instructions, I recommend you apply head and shoulders to the skin where acne is present and lather really well. If you have extremely bad acne on different parts of your body, I recommend you bathe twice a day and lather very well and keep your skin as dry as possible. This remedy has done wonders to many and I know it can do wonders for you!

INGREDIENTS: Water, sugar, and ammonia
INSTRUCTIONS: Take 1 tsp. of sugar
Mix with 1 tsp. of water to make facial scrub. Then take ammonia and apply on acne (not whole face). After ammonia dries you may put on lotion to sooth face.

Do You Need Acne Scar Removal or Treatment?

Scars are either totally removed, or they are faded to the point that a good makeup will hide the remaining evidence. Most acne scar treatments are not covered by health insurance plans, and can be quite costly if more than a couple of treatments are needed, which is the case in more instances than not. Less expensive acne scar treatments can always be tried first, especially if the scars are not too severe. It’s important too that medications don’t have to be used for an extended period, and it’s not as dangerous. Acne scar removal is possible, and all you have to do is to make an appointment, and start on the way to healing your scars on your body.

Following are excellent and wonderful home treatment of acne or pimple scars.

1.Large pores on facial skin can be treated with paste of sandalwood (cancan) powder with black gram (masoor) dal. Keep it overnight and wash it with cold water the next day.
2.This is an excellent and wonderful remedy to get rid of acne scars. Make a sandalwood paste with rose water and apply on the scars. Keep it overnight and wash it with cold water the next day. If you find that your skin becomes dry in the morning, you leave it only for a few hours on your face or you may try adding some milk while making paste.
3.Rub ice cubes on the face for 10-15 minutes. It will tighten the pores.
4.Apply cucumber juice on the face. Wash it off after 15 minutes. It will tighten the pores.
5.Cut the tomato in half and rub on the skin. Leave on for fifteen minutes. Wash it off with water. This will reduce open pores and blackheads. This treatment is good particularly for oily skin.
